At My IPTV, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and return procedures.
Return Period
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include all original packaging and accessories
- Not show signs of use or damage
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Perishable goods
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
How to Initiate a Return
To return an item:
- Contact our customer support with your order number
- Provide reason for return and photos if applicable
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving authorization
- Use a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- International returns: Customer is responsible for all shipping costs and customs fees
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping will be covered by us
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account or payment provider
- Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
- Contact us if you still haven't received your refund
Cancellations
Before Shipping:
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge
- Full refund will be issued
After Shipping:
- Follow our standard return process
- Return shipping costs may apply
Digital Products
Sales of digital products are final. Refunds may be issued in exceptional circumstances at our discretion:
- Technical issues preventing access
- Product significantly different from description
- Duplicate purchase
Subscription Services
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in:
- Account suspension
- Denial of future orders
- Legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Exceptions
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don't meet our policy requirements or appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
